We reserve the right to substitute any featured bloom for a suitable alternative.

Bouquet photos are for illustration purposes only. 

We do not accept any refund requests, once a product has been ordered and paid for. If the delivery date or address need to be amended, please inform us using the contact number as soon as possible, as once the flowers have left the shop, no amendments can be made.

If there is any issues regarding delivery of the flowers, please contact us to discuss.  

If there is an issue with quality, we will not refund any funds, our policy is to exchange the said flowers. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.  

If an order is received out of our stated delivery area of Leeds , we will refund the order value, minus a 10% admin charge.

If the recipient is not in at the stated address, we will try to either leave them with an adjacent neighbour, leave in a safe secure location on the recipient's property or they are returned to await response from the recipient.

A calling card is posted to inform the recipient that a delivery has been attempted and to contact us.
